Munguleni Vincent is a Climate Change Advisor with practical experience supporting climate policy implementation, resilience programming, and sustainable development efforts in Eastern Africa. He provides technical guidance to government institutions, development partners, and community stakeholders on climate governance, adaptation and mitigation planning, environmental management, and data-driven decision-making. His work spans research, project design and implementation, community resilience initiatives, and ecosystem management. He holds a Master’s degree in Environment and Natural Resources Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management, a Diploma in Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences.
