Solomon Atepo is a climate finance and carbon markets specialist with close to a decade of experience in Climate and Energy Policy development and implementation, as well as in Greenhouse Gas Auditing and Accounting. As an Associate, he supports parties and non-state parties, including government entities, Designated National Authorities, and Private Sector actors, to facilitate the implementation of high-integrity carbon markets across Eastern Africa. His work combines technical advisory services, stakeholder coordination, knowledge development, capacity building, and policy analysis to strengthen institutional readiness and practical implementation pathways for high-integrity carbon markets across both compliance and voluntary carbon market mechanisms.
